- Confirmation & Payment: A deposit or full payment may be required to confirm your booking depending on the trip. Payment methods may vary based on availability.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations up to 24 hours before the trip are eligible for a full refund. Late cancellations may be non-refundable.
- Weather & Safety: Trips may be adjusted or canceled due to weather conditions or safety considerations. In such cases, we will offer rescheduling or a refund according to our policy.
- Arrival Time: Please arrive on time. Late arrival may result in losing the booking without compensation.
- Conduct & Responsibility: Guests must follow crew instructions. Sea-Star Egypt is not responsible for personal belongings or injuries resulting from not following safety rules.
